We want to buck the trend of companies seeking to outsource all connection with their members. Instead, we'll use AI to go seriously deep with each person and interface that with what's happening in the rest of the organization. We'll then use a massive amount of human resource (concierge) to dedicate to helping everyone achieve what they came here to do.

This element of the accelerator will be the one which has the biggest influx of people using the system, so needs to be ready for a decent volume (guessing around 250 people within 3 months).
We look to create a framework which is robust enough to work for every community, but flexible enough to give each community autonomy.

A fully collective equity split UK holding company using a hybrid of the https://slicingpie.com/ model which values all inputs into the company in terms of time, money, and resources. It’s a model that can be used internationally and has recognised lawyers in each country.
These guys specialise in this in the UK - https://www.fairsquarellp.com/ ….seems like costs might be around £6-7k for our version, but would look to sell them on the benefits of becoming part of the ecosystem!
I would suggest the main difference we would be looking to offer is that people can freely exchange equity/points for services etc and also can have hybrid deals with profit share etc.
Also, another difference is that we also will be at a point of valuing people for more than just time over and above what they have contributed already as their value becomes more apparent. So this will have been integrated into how things work for the MVP.

All feeding in to the central system via the 1 interface it becomes incredibly easy for all processing to be done accurately and quickly.
Within this system, people are always aware of where they are up to, and when they are needing to look at their situation they will be kindly and gently taken through what they need to.

A first version system integrated with the Ops Tech, which understands the value of every interaction and with a team of people checking everything out and experts assessing tax situations etc in each country and implementing best practice in how we work.

There are a massive amount of tech solutions on the market to facilitate the types of understanding and exchange we are looking for…but the main USP we are initially offering is creating a trusted environment where people gain much more from spending time understanding each other than staying separate in their silos.
Even though this makes a massive amount of sense on paper, it is not how we are programmed via capitalism, so there is going to be needed to be some real experimentation and adjustment time.

Creating a technology (human and AI!) solution which looks to solve any and all problems people have in their lives and businesses!
By building on our ‘ops tech jobs to be done’ framework, and simply understanding all of our stakeholders’ needs and offerings we can build an incredible amount in a short amount of time that will massively optimise their lives.
In collaboration with the concierge department we would be at all times looking at help everyone in the system with all of their problems!
Since we know their schedules and whereabouts also, we can easily suggest to them opportunities to meet people and to experience new things.
The concept ‘collective funnel’ is a very strong one where we look to nullify the need for any of our members to actively have to sell or market themselves.

Some points to consider
Rather than actual ‘products’ at the moment, it feels like we are selling ‘environments’ for these products to be created. Both online and in person.
It’s challenging to predict exactly what will be created in these environments.
So we need to encourage the bravest and most visionary people who already understand this environment is optimal/desirable and incentivise them for their bravery…and then quickly we will have tangible products to offer the more mass market.

An environment where good ideas always see the light of day, and people quickly understand when an idea isn’t going to work.
An understanding that most of the time, the idea is not bad…it’s just simply at the wrong time, or place, or with the wrong people.
With an environment which has a wide lens on resource availability and what’s desired/offered already, project failure is going to be signifcantly less and the effort involved to test will be minimal compared to now (and much more fun/less stress!).

Initial collective products are being sold via in person and online test environments where visionary people have invested because they understand their visions are much more likely to come to fruition.

Sell ‘investment memberships’ to the most visionary people in the network. The sort of people who understand that the lack of initial detail (along with a multiple and founding member incentive) is a benefit rather than a drawback.
Life would be so much easier if your needs were understood and taken care of in real time by people who were genuinely trying to (and are able to) give you the best you desire in alignment with your life and business goals.
